Financial Analysis Training for Business Owners
Our autumn 2025 program helps you understand your numbers without drowning in spreadsheets. Built for real business owners who need practical skills.
How We Actually Teach This Stuff
Most finance training throws theory at you and hopes something sticks. We don't do that.
Instead, you'll work with numbers from actual Taiwan businesses. Not textbook examples—real cases where someone had to figure out if they could afford another location or whether their pricing made sense.
Start With Your Questions
We begin by mapping what you actually need to know, not what a curriculum says you should learn.
Practice On Real Data
You'll analyze financial statements from businesses similar to yours. See what patterns emerge when you know the context.
Build Your Own Tools
By the end, you'll have templates and frameworks that work for your specific situation.
What You'll Actually Learn
Six modules that cover the essential skills. Each one builds on what came before, but you can also jump around if you need something specific.
Reading Statements
Figure out what those three financial statements actually tell you. We skip the accounting jargon and focus on what matters for decisions.
Ratio Analysis
Learn which ratios matter for your industry and how to spot trouble before it becomes a crisis. No memorizing formulas—just practical interpretation.
Cash Flow Planning
Build realistic projections that account for Taiwan's payment cycles and seasonal patterns. This is where theory meets your actual bank account.
Cost Structures
Understand where your money goes and whether you're spending it in the right places. Includes benchmarking against similar businesses.
Investment Decisions
When should you expand? How do you evaluate new opportunities? We'll work through the frameworks that help you decide with confidence.
Risk Assessment
Identify financial vulnerabilities before they matter. Learn to build buffers and backup plans that actually work.
Who's Teaching
Three practitioners who've spent years analyzing businesses in Taiwan. They've seen what works and what doesn't.
Edvard Lindqvist
Lead Instructor
Spent twelve years doing financial due diligence for acquisitions across Asia. Now helps business owners understand their numbers without the complexity.
Sloane Pemberton

Former CFO for three different retail chains. Teaches the cash flow and forecasting modules based on real scenarios she's navigated.
Freja Kohler
Risk Analysis Specialist
Works with manufacturing businesses on financial resilience. Her module focuses on identifying vulnerabilities before they become problems.
